Dear Customers,

In the event of a return request, we kindly ask you to contact us via a communication channel of your choice (online shop, telephone, email, WhatsApp, postal mail). Upon receipt of your return request, we will initiate all necessary clarifications to offer you the best possible option. However, please note as a general rule that the return of original spare parts is not possible.

Please note that return requests must be made within 5 working days of delivery. Otherwise, we will unfortunately not be able to consider the return request.

Furthermore, we would like to point out that you must inspect the received products immediately or within 3 hours of delivery for any possible damages and report them to us via the channel of your choice if any defects are found.

Returns are excluded in the following cases:

  • Spare parts with a gross value under CHF 50.00
  • Return requests not submitted within 5 working days after delivery
  • Spare parts in torn or heavily soiled packaging
  • For sensitive spare parts sealed in plastic film or provided with protective film, the film must not be damaged or removed. This includes, for example, headlights, windshields, etc. This list is not exhaustive
  • Already opened assembly kits and repair kits
  • Sealed packaging with damaged seal
  • Already installed or processed spare parts
  • Electrical and electronic spare parts such as airbags and associated components. This list is not exhaustive
  • Factory orders can only be canceled with prior written confirmation from BS Parts AG. However, returns are explicitly excluded. Note in particular that delivery dates for factory orders are approximate and non-binding
  • Special or factory orders and spare parts explicitly ordered at the customer’s request
  • Delivery delays of the spare part do not constitute a reason for return or cancellation
  • Spare parts or shipments classified as bulky goods due to their dimensions (shipments over 100cm in length; shipments with 2 dimensions over 60cm; unpackaged shipments)
  • This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented at any time without prior notice

For approved returns, we ask for your understanding that we must pass on the costs incurred. At this point, we would like to emphasize that we always strive to offer our customers the best and most efficient solution.

If a return is due to an error by BS Parts AG, the originally charged net sales price of the ordered spare parts will be fully refunded.
